1. What is the scope of delivery of orders within quarantine period?
We are currently serving orders for both Metro Manila and Provincial customers
2. Is it safe to receive orders?
For guidance on coronavirus, please refer to the World Health Organization website. We ensure that the quality of products are sanitized and disinfected before ship out
3. What is Scrub Daddy Philippines doing to keep customers and employees safe?
We are closing monitoring the impact of COVID-19.We prioritize the health and safety of our employees and customers by ensuring that our products are handled and touched by a minimal amount of people who are constantly washing their hands and disinfecting all the way to the shipping process.
4. Is pick up available?
Our items are available for pick up at our head office, Wincorp Enterprises Inc., 852 E. Rodriguez Jr Avenue Bagumbayan Quezon City, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Mondays to Saturday. Special pick up can be arranged on a Sunday with advanced notice. We have partnered with several stores in your local community that may be available outside our office hours to accommodate your request. See the list of retailers here.

6. What is the lead time for orders?
Lead time for orders preparation is 1-2 days for Courier Logistics Delivery
Delivery schedule is determined by our partner logistics JRS Express
Provincial orders are dependent on the local courier's estimated delivery time and may encounter some unforeseen delays
Any special arrangement for rush orders can be accommodated on request
