Shipping Guidelines

1. How will orders be shipped?

You may choose the following options: 

  1. Pick Up
  2. Delivery

For pick up, our head office is available from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Only paid orders will be allowed for pick up.

For delivery via courier, we will be preparing orders for 2-3 days to get the most of an efficient packing and shipping schedule.

For provincial orders, we will deliver via JRS Express. Before ordering, please check with JRS Express if your area has door-to-door service. If you're area is not serviceable, kindly send us an email ( or send us an SMS via +639178076843

2. How much will delivery be for my location?

We have the following shipping methods available depending on your location:

  • Metro Manila (JRS Express/Lalamove) - PHP 150
  • Luzon outside Metro Manila (JRS Express) - PHP 200
  • Courier Provincial (JRS Express) - PHP 250

3. How do I pay for shipping fees?

You may choose the suggested options for shipping. In order for us to process your order, please select the correct location.

4. How long will shipment take?

Please allow us to process your order for 2-3 days

For provincial orders, please track your own shipment once the courier tracking number has been emailed to you. We cannot monitor every single shipment that has been sent out. Should there be delays or issues, please send us an email and we will try our best to accommodate

5. Are all products available for ordering?

All products are available subject to availability. Should it not be available with us, we will reach out to you on where you can coordinate your purchase with an authorized dealer near your area.

6. Can I make returns?

Once the item is shipped, Scrub Daddy Philippines does not allow for returns. For any concerns, kindly send us an email or SMS

7. Refund Policy

For unpaid orders:

Please email us at with your order number and advise us that you will be cancelling your order. We will cancel your order internally.

For paid orders but not yet shipped:

Please email us at with your order number and state your reasons to cancel. We will ask for your bank details or GCash to return your payment within 5 business working days.

For paid orders but already shipped:

Items shipped out are non-refundable with the exception of receipt of damaged goods (please send us a photo with your order ID at, missing items during order or wrong item delivered. Should there be concerns for your order, please email immediately as we have a 1-2 day lead time to ship your item out.
